Project Overview:

Full Gut Renovation & Structural Rebuild Construction & Structural Execution

  • Full Interior Gut: Stripped the building to the structural members to allow for a total floor plan reconfiguration and reinforcement.

  • Exterior Restoration: Restored the brick façade and stoop. Installed custom black-framed wood windows to upgrade the building envelope.

  • Systems Overhaul: Full replacement of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, including a new multi-zone Central HVAC system.

  • Code Compliance: Managed all NYC DOB filings and inspections to ensure the project met all current safety and energy standards.

Interior Highlights & Finishes

  • Hardwood Flooring: Installation of herringbone white oak onthe main floor and wide-plank white oak throughout the remaining levels.

  • Kitchen Construction: Custom white oak cabinetry, Calacatta Gold stone countertops, and integrated professional-grade appliances.

  • Bathroom Finishes: Floor-to-ceiling natural stone and marble tiling with custom vanities and glass-enclosed walk-in showers.

  • Custom Millwork: Fabricated and installed a custom white oak staircase as the central architectural focal point.
